The rules are as follows:
Doubles Format 6 Vinemon @ Level 100 (levels will autoscale)
Species Clause (Can't have duplicate species in your team)
Item Clause (Can't have duplicate held items in your team)
Sleep Clause (Can't put more than 1 opposing Vinemon to sleep at a time during battle)
Freeze Clause (Can't freeze more than 1 opposing Vinemon at a time during battle)

You have from now until Feb 10th to prepare for this tournament. To participate, I will need a screenshot of the party you plan on using, including their hold items and movesets. If these differ from the party you fight in the tournament with, you will be disqualified. You may update your party as many times as you want before the 10th of February by DMing me your team. After that date, you will not be allowed to change your setup.

The matches will take place during the week of the 11th through the 17th. This is to make sure people have time to complete their matches. I will post brackets on the 10th.
